Tri-Town Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers a variety of classes, ranging from Self Defense
to Sport BJJ.   We offer beginners, intermediate and advanced adult classes covering
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  You can accomplish your goals in an uplifting, friendly environment under
the supervision of  qualified instructors. The curriculum is designed to help students achieve
the maximum results out of their time and effort. All classes begin with a warm-up,  followed
by a technical lesson, drills and live grappling and end with a stretching period.  
Our ground grappling system consists of

1.    Positioning/Controls        2.    Escapes/reversals

3.    Finishes/submissions

These technical classes will convince you that learning how to fight on the
ground is not only important, but a necessity!
